The Timeline Therapy is a powerful therapeutic process that was developed by Tad James, PhD in the 1980’s. It has evolved from hypnosis and NLP and helps in dealing with the past and creating the future in an effective way.
In this audio workshop, I share with you 3 visualizations using the power of Timeline Therapy. Each visualization is detailed and result oriented. You can do one visualization a day or you may chose to do a visualization for the next few days before moving onto the next visualization.
There are two versions of each visualization - one with music and one without music. You can chose to listen to the one you feel comfortable with. Once you enroll in the course, a new visualization exercise will open for you every day.
For maximum impact, you can do it either in the morning or just before going to bed. But you can do it anytime, when you find a peaceful place.
